Ever since I finally finished university I am managing to go through the many things I have recorded on my TV and so today I was watching a story that is dear to my heart called We are going on a Bear Hunt. My mother used to read this story to me when I was younger and we both adored it. So when I heard it was coming to TV I was so excited like a little kid.

It is such a wonderful story filled with love and wonder of the world. Basically for those who didn’t grow up on this story its about a group of kids going on a bear hunt through all the weather and landscapes of the UK. Its funny and has a great catchy ring to it. So if you haven’t introduced this story to your kids to this story I would recommend it they’ll be singing it all time! Lol!

I absolutely loved this adaptation it had all the beauty of the snowman through the artwork and more. But also the music gave great emotions to the story through suspense love and loss.

The lead girl Katie who loves bears is the cutiest girl on the planet and has so much wonder and love inside her you just can’t help but adore her. Not only that but she is the bravest girl ever! I’m sure she becomes a zookeeper if the author ever continued her story.

The animals were so cuddly and adorable you just wanted to hug them the bear especially he looked so lonely. The dog was the loyalist and loveable dog ever. I loved his little scarf.

I like the fact they made it a deeper story with the grandpa dying and dealing with grief. Not only deeper but a more heartbreaking and touching story. Overall, I loved this adaptation of this story it was stunning and just made me all warm and fuzzy.
