March TBR

Whether I do a TBR or not I still end up just going completely off the rails with my schedule but I’m not complaining. If I didn’t do that I would find those gems that have either been sitting on my shelf for an age which I suddenly want to pick up or the ones that are new that I suddenly want to pick up because I want to read and it then becomes a new favourite of mine. So I guess what I’m saying to you all is make a plan but never stick it too much otherwise you might find that you’ve missed a gem that is tucked in a corner or awaiting you on the trolley as it has just come in!

Here was my semi plan for this month:

Sorcerer to the Crown by Zen Cho

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/28927772-sorcerer-to-the-crown

Opinion: I want to read this one as we have just had the new one come in and we have signed copies which I am such a sucker for. Plus it gives me a push to pick up the first in the series which I have heard everyone rave about.

If I Die Before I Wake by Emily Koch

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/36562553-if-i-die-before-i-wake

Opinion: So I try to read at least one of the books of month each month partly out of duty but also partly out of curiosity. So this is this months attempt it could go either way!

Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/39863498-the-gilded-wolves

Opinion: I started this back in January and loved it but I just wasn’t in the right mood and my mind was distracted by other things. It those points that annoy in being a blogger as you miss out on being in that trend moment but I think that is a thought I have to detach myself from and just read it when I want to.

Five Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott, Mikki Daughtry, Tobias Iaconis

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/39939417-five-feet-apart?ac=1&from_search=true

Opinion: This is partly because I want to see the movie but also I just need a love story that is inspiring and good ending because I think I am at that point where you doubt love. Due to it not coming your way which is silly because it comes when it feels like.

Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/44160076-digital-minimalism

Opinion: I am half way through and I would really like to finish it as it is proving very helpful to manage my device usage through the day and I have actually been reading more.
