March Comic Wrap Up

This was a slow month for comics I think I just wasn’t as inspired to read them as usual. Out of the two comics I read one was great and the other was just okay.

captain marvel vol 1

Captain Marvel Volume 1: Higher, Further, Faster, More by Kelly Sue DeConnick and David López

Opinion: I loved this comic, really cool artwork and a great story. It could have been a bit longer and it is very much an adventure rather than an origin story. Having the Guardians of the Galaxy characters in it was awesome.

4/5 stars

Bitch Planet Volume 1: Extraordinary Machine by Kelly Sue DeConnick , Taki Soma, Valentine De Landro and Robert Wilson IV

Opinion: I found this comic really hard to follow in terms of the story it just jumped so much that it made me confused and annoyed. It has a great concept but it needed laying out a bit at the beginning to focus the story. Overall, it wasn’t a great start but hopefully it will get better.

2/5 stars

That is all the comics I read in March let me know what comics you have read in March in the comments below. As always keep geeking!
