May 2020 Comic TBR

So it is that time again when I tell you what I want to read this month and then by the end of the month go in the opposite direction. Surprisingly last month I stuck to it a bit so a feeling confident about this month. I have put lots of different comics in this month’s mix with a theme of cool female characters which I didn’t  even realise. I think my most excited out of all of them is getting back into my Greg Rucka Wonder Woman party I love this writer and his series Lazarus is amazing.

So here is the list:

Izombie Volume 2 uVampire by Chris Roberson and Mike Allred

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10726086-izombie-vol-2?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=1xC1oisODt&rank=2

Opinion: I love these comics they are spooky and hilarious with a mystery attached. Plus the characters are so cool.

Wonder Woman Rebirth Volume 1 The Lies by Greg Rucka, Liam Sharp, Jodi Wynne, Matthew Clark, Sean Parsons, Laura Martin and Jeremy Colwell

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/31223882-wonder-woman-volume-1

Opinion: I read this a while ago and then never continued with the series so I am rereading it to keep going with the series.

Wonder Woman Rebirth Volume 2 Year One by Greg Rucka, Nicola Scott, Romulo Fajardo Jr., Jodi Wynn and Bilquis Evely

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/31616114-wonder-woman-volume-2

Opinion: I am a huge fan of Greg Rucka’s work so I can’t wait to continue with this series.

The Tea Dragon Society by Kate O’Neill

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/44039161-the-tea-dragon-society

Opinion: I received this from Oni Press last year at Bookcon and thank you so much for it. I have heard some amazing things about this comic plus it has some of the cutest illustrations in it.

The Girl From the Other Side Volume 1 by Nagabe, Adrienne Beck and Lys Blakeslee

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/30139736-the-girl-from-the-other-side?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=a8oTDUFWOr&rank=1

Opinion: The cover looked really interesting so I am going to give it a go.

Angel Catbird Volume 1 by Margaret Atwood, Johnnie Christmas and Tamra Bonvillain

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/28146168-angel-catbird-vol-1?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=C6BATk4jVH&rank=1

Opinion: This is written by Margaret Atwood so I was curious and it has cats in it.
