Fairyloot May 2020

This month’s theme is Desert Dreams which you know has always got something mythical within it. The book this month is Girl, Serpent, Thorn by Melissa Bashardoust which I have heard so many good things about and know it is to do with Persian mythology which sounds very exciting. I think my favourite items would have to be the Teal Towel which is a stunning design and inspired by The City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty which is a series I am really enjoying reading. The other item is the wooden spoon which is so beautifully crafted and inspired by Hero of the Fall by Alwyn Hamilton who is a fantastic writer and has a new book coming out called The Notorious Virtues. My least favourite item is the sunglasses pouch even though it is a pretty design it isn’t practical for me because my sunglasses would just break in them in my bag.
