November 2020 Comic TBR

To continue my crime theme from my TBR to comic TBR I have chosen two crime fighters that run in very different circles but who bring heart to what they do. They are Spider-Man and Buffy who I have been a fan of for many years now. As they are both characters that are young and dealing with so much that normal teenagers wouldn’t which I think is why I and many others find them so relatable. I was very lucky to receive a copy of Destroyer last year which I heard so many great things about which like a lot of things in my life is why they get put off to a later date. So I am reserving my hope for this comic but excited still.

Also let me know in the comments what comics and manga you are excited to read this month. If you have read any of the comics I have talked about lets have even more of a discussion in the comments.

The Amazing Spider-Man: Worldwide by Dan Slott and Giuseppe Camuncoli

My Pitch To You: This follows Spider-Man as he is starting to relax in his charmed life as Spider-Man. However, there is always danger lurking round the corner especially from old foes.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Volume 1 High School Is Hell by Jordie Bellaire, Joss Whedon and Dan Mora

My Pitch To You: This comic is taking us all the way back to the beginning of Buffy and where it all started which is so exciting.

Victor LaValle’s Destroyer by Victor LaValle and Dietrich Smith

My Pitch To You: A machine called The Destroyer with one mission that enlists the help of a doctor who is a descendant of the Frankenstein family.

As always keep geeking!
