Comics have always been something I have loved especially as a dyslexic as they are easier for me to read and I get to understand the story quicker than I would in a book. So each month I read four comics to satisfy that passion. This post is in the similar vain to my TBR post in that I give you a list of comics I am planning to read, the goodreads link for more information and below the places to purchase the comic. This month I am reading comics that are series I started last year and am eager to continue for example the well loved series Paper Girls by Cliff Chiang and Brian K Vaughan which has been optioned by Amazon studios and they have cast their four leads for the show. There are also two Marvel comics on my TBR which are in direct connection to films and TV shows that Marvel have said they will bring out this year but with COVID you never know! Those are Doctor Strange Volume 2 The Last Day of Magic which has a second film coming out and Ms Marvel Volume 2 Generation Why which has its own TV show set to premier on Disney+ in the summer. All my reading this month is leading to exciting film and television projects R.L. Stine’s comic Just Beyond of which I am reading volume two this month is now a TV show on Disney+.
