March 2023 TBR

This month I picked a TBR that I knew would inspire me to get to my goal done with pretty covers and great writer. The last two months have been good reading months but I am not hitting the goals that I wanted to. So I thought changing up the pile to more new releases and hyped books, might help get more towards my Goodreads goal. Also I am now part of Owlcrate’s The Nest doing their monthly reading challenge which is called Words & Whimsy this month I am on the Paradox team which is such a cool name. There are photo challenges and book prompts for points to see which team wins for the month. Ultimately, it is all about being part of an inclusive, fun and welcoming worldwide book community. These books are not only for that challenge, but also I have been a part of the fabulous Facebook group called TBR and Beyond and this month we are going on holiday to different places with five book prompts. I chose going to my home town which if you don’t already know is the amazing London. I am also hoping to be super productive and go to Tokyo too haha. Also Owlcrate is doing a Bridgerton readalong for books one to four which is very ambitious for me but I am just going to see what happens and try and get it done. I think my most anticipated read is Hell Bent. I have been a fan of Leigh Bardugo’s books ever since I started working for Waterstones. After being emotionally crushed by Ninth House I need to further destroy myself emotionally, oh a book lovers life is so traumatic haha.

Below is where to buy the books and the Goodreads page:

The Last Tale of the Flower Bride by Roshani Chokshi

Emily Wilde’s Encyclopaedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett
