It is my birthday month! I was too cosy in my mum’s tum and was supposed to come in March but I waited for the supposed sun in April. I love being born in April as it is the month of Easter which is just one big indulgence in chocolate and hot cross buns, my two favourite things in life. In terms reading though, I am keeping it short and sweet, as I know I will be busy seeing friends. However, the books I have chosen are Crave a teen vampire romance reminiscent of my teenage years of reading Twilight and thinking this is cool when teenagers nowadays have so much more choice. Then a recommendation from the incredible Laura Jayne Dodd who I used to work with and my Words & Kisses subscription book A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon. Lastly a book that I have been wanting to read but needed the right moment when I wanted to discuss it in my brain. It is called Sex and Lies by Leila Slimani. So that is it folks what is one your list now that the sun has finally come out to play in England?
