November 2023 TBR

This month is all about crime for me I watch and read nothing but crime because it is cold, dismal and occasionally foggy in London at this time. It feels appropriate and I love a good crime novel especially Agatha Christie although surprisingly she is not on my list this month but maybe I will sneak one of hers in. The one I am most excited to reread is Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay as this is the book that started the beloved TV show Dexter so it fantastic to go back and be creeped out by Dexter and his morals plus I haven’t finished the books so this will be a mission for me to finish. Continuing with the theme of chopping up bodies I am reading the non-fiction Past Mortem by Carla Valentine. This is a witty narrative of a life of woman working as a APT or as our TV brains like to call them coroners so far a witty and intriguing read. I am also continuing my foray into Ruth Galloway’s now turbulent life as a forensic archeologist in The Janus Stone by Elly Griffiths.

Below is where to buy the books and the Goodreads page:
